This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at luxmed-spa.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully.
This policy applies to information collected through our Site and our marketing and scheduling activities. It does not govern protected health information created or maintained as part of a clinical relationship, which is handled separately as described in the “Health Information” section below.

- Any information you choose to include in a message, note, or inquiry
- Appointment and scheduling details
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Your device and browser type, IP address, and general location
- Pages you view, links you click, and how you navigate the Site
- Referring website and the dates and times of your visits
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use our Site and to measure and improve our marketing. These tools set cookies and collect usage information as described in their own privacy policies.

We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule and confirm consultations and appointments
- Send you appointment reminders, confirmations, and related service messages
- Send you marketing communications about our services, where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time
- Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our Site and services

Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, scheduling messages, and, where you have agreed, marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (302) 907-9078. We will not share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. We share information with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as our customer-relationship and scheduling platform, email and text-message delivery providers, website hosting, and analytics and advertising partners. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lux Medspa, our patients, or others.
- Business transfers. If Lux Medspa is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Health Information
Information you submit through the Site (such as quiz responses and consultation requests) is used for scheduling and marketing purposes and is maintained separately from your clinical medical records.
Protected health information created or maintained as part of a treatment relationship — including clinical records, consent forms, and medical history — is stored in our clinical systems and is protected under applicable healthcare privacy laws. It is not stored in our website forms or marketing platforms. Any signed consent or clinical documentation is maintained in our electronic medical record, not on the Site.
Cookies and Your Choices

- Google Analytics: you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Meta (Facebook) advertising: you may adjust your ad preferences within your Facebook account settings

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
